What we do
Our work spans two connected practices. On the advisory and transactions side, we handle sell-side and buy-side M&A, capital raising, business brokerage and remarketing, and the transaction support — title search, escrow, deregistration, and closing logistics — that gets a deal to close. On the aircraft asset-services side, we manage recovery and repossession, ferry and positioning flights, lease transition and redelivery, and ongoing asset and lease management.
